Insurance & Payment

As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most major dental insurance programs. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all of our patients. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies process claims promptly, while others delay payment for several months.

As a courtesy, we will help you with your claims submission; however, we cannot guarantee what your insurance company will pay. We allow 30 days for your insurance company to make a payment. After 90 days, the balance, all inquiries and follow-ups become your responsibility.

Per your request, our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company that will help you know what your benefits will be before treatment is rendered. Please note that these typically take 3-4 weeks to receive.

Accepted Insurances

We are in-network with a variety of insurance plans; currently, these plans include:

Delta Dental Premier, Blue Cross Blue Shield / Dental Blue and Aetna PPO

Please note that there are hundreds of insurance plans offered by companies, and we strongly encourage that your contact them directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding whether or not your insurance is in or out of network.

We would be happy to submit any claims on your behalf to your insurance plan.

We do not accept Masshealth or Commonwealth Care in our office.

Accepted Forms of Payment

For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash and personal checks.

You may also elect to apply for and use CareCredit, a third-party financing option for dental treatment. If you would like to find out more about this option, please see the link below to apply or contact our office and our staff will happily help you apply.
